Whew! What a week!  Happy Holiday weekend everyone.  I hope you are enjoying an extra day off of work/school and celebrating memorial day remembering those who served our country!

This week has been PACKED with senior portrait consults, organizing my schedule to attend all those grad parties and editing my AMAZING retro senior model shoot!  I’m so excited to premiere the images at our party in a little over a week! Whoo hoo!

So – on to John!  John is a 2015 senior at Eden Prairie High School.  He is a thoroughly dapper dude with an interest in sports. (Huh? what are sports? Yay sports!). I laugh because being the theatre/music dork all through high school and college I can count the amount I know about sports on one finger! Ok, I lied. Half a finger!!

I also ALWAYS get the question – you have a LOT of girls on your website… do you photograph boys?? And the answer is always YES! I love photographing guys – but you have to want something more stylish/creative and unique!!

John and his dad were really interested in images that were fun and creative and out of the box with style!  Um – perfect!  The one challenge….. sports.  Football specifically. Um….what’s football?? 🙂 (kidding) BUT – This was such a great challenge for me!  John wanted a few epic images in front of yellow goal posts (I MIGHT have been calling them yellow thingies for a long time…those football yellow thingies! Right??)

Dude, I can say that I think we accomplished ALL of it!! Check out John’s style!
