Tennis & Golf Senior pictures | I won an award….for sports??

Ok, so starting last year I began submitting images to the Senior Style Guide’s yearly TOP 100 High School Senior Photographer contest.  Last year I got an image awarded!! It was SO EXCITING!  Yes – TOP 100 baby!

 

So, this year I submitted (last second and in a hurry as usual! ha!) – and didn’t really expect much (if you didn’t know – I’m super weird about thinking my photography is “good”. I always see everyone as SO MUCH BETTER).

I get up to a text in November from one of my Photog besties saying “congratulations ICON”…. and was so confused.  I had forgotten that day they were releasing the results and I had won THREE categories with three images… meaning ICON status. WUT.

The thing that makes me laugh is I always joke that “sportsing” isn’t my thing.  It’s not. Sticks hit round thing through goal things” kinda stuff. hahaaha!
