Yup. I might have just bought plane tickets to San Diego.  Why you ask? Only the BIGGEST senior photographer get together in the country working with the top photographers and talent this industry has to offer. Oh. And the beach.  Don’t forget the beach.  (Damn – I need a swimming suit..UGH…for all the good things come the bad). #iwontcry #maybeiwill #don’tjudge

But seriously – It’s really just a huge group of super dorky photographers (like me) working with the most amazing high school senior models in the country on super crazy styled shoots and learning all kinds of new things for the upcoming summer sessions.  I’m SO EXCITED!!!

So, let’s think back to the beautiful summer and the amazing Alyssa.  Alyssa is seriously the sweetest, kindest person.  And absolutely gorgeous. This country girl wanted a few fun looks – some dramatic studio stuff, fun sunny country looks and some super dramatic things.  Sigh. I think she nailed it. (look at those stems..seriously Alyssa? SERIOUSLY??)

Sometimes my biggest challenge is to get my seniors to STOP smiling!  She’d crack up just from TRYING serious faces!!

And don’t forget the cowboy hat.

I think my favorite part of the night was the last 15 minutes.  I cannot get over the light and the field and this beautiful girl!!
